GIG Income Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the GIG Income mobile app, support pages, and related services. By using GIG Income, you agree to these Terms.

2. About GIG Income

GIG Income is a mobile app for manually tracking income, expenses, net earnings, platform activity, notes, and related work records. The app is intended as a simple personal tracking tool.

3. Manual Entry

GIG Income does not automatically import records from third-party gig platforms. Users are responsible for manually entering, reviewing, and verifying their own information.

4. No Professional Advice

GIG Income is not a financial, legal, accounting, or tax advisory service. App totals, exports, summaries, and notes are provided for personal organization and informational use only.

5. No Earnings Guarantee

GIG Income does not guarantee income, savings, improved earnings, business results, or any specific outcome. The app is only a tracking tool.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, how you use app records, and compliance with obligations that apply to your own work, business, income, expenses, and reporting.

7. In-App Purchases

GIG Income may offer optional paid features through Apple In-App Purchases, including a monthly Pro subscription or a one-time lifetime Pro unlock. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.

8. iCloud Sync

If iCloud Sync is available and enabled, app data may sync through the user’s private Apple iCloud account. iCloud availability, restoration, and account access depend on Apple services, user settings, and device configuration.

9. Third-Party Platform Names

Platform names may be used in the app for user organization only. GIG Income is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, Instacart, Walmart Spark, Lyft, or other third-party gig platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

GIG Income, its design, text, layout, branding, and related materials are owned by VM LAB or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the app or related materials without permission.

11. Disclaimer

The app and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, secure, or suitable for every user’s needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIG Income, VM LAB, and their owners, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to use of the app or related services.

13. Changes

We may update the app, features, support resources, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
